"I've been with William Thomson State Farm for almost 20 years, and they have consistently provided excellent customer service.
Most recently, my apartment complex sent a notice requiring an update to my renters insurance information. I forwarded the email to my agent, and Janet V responded very quickly to let me know everything had been taken care of and that I was in compliance.
It's rare these days to find a company that is both responsive and proactive, but State Farm has always been there when I've needed assistance. After nearly two decades as a customer, I can confidently say their customer service has been outstanding."
