Account Representative – Insurance Sales & Growth Opportunity

Will Thomson State Farm is seeking a motivated Account Representative who can drive new business while maintaining exceptional client service. This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full support and paid training provided by our agency.
What You’ll Do
  • Drive Sales Growth – Proactively market and sell insurance products to both warm and cold leads.
  • Educate & Recommend – Explain coverage options clearly and confidently to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Build Customer Loyalty – Develop strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Support Policy Management – Assist customers with applications, renewals, and coverage updates while ensuring accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
  • A sales-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
