This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you’re not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—our agency will provide full training and licensing support.
What You’ll Do
Drive New Business Proactively market and sell insurance products, engaging both warm and cold prospects to grow agency revenue.
Maximize Client Value Identify coverage gaps, recommend tailored solutions, and confidently close sales that increase protection and agency profitability.
Build Client Loyalty Establish long-term relationships through consistent follow-up, responsiveness, and proactive communication.
Support Policy Management Assist clients with applications, renewals, and updates to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Collaborate to Win Work with the agency team to execute growth strategies, hit production goals, and maintain a high-performing sales culture.
What We’re Looking For
  • A sales-first mindset with the drive to exceed performance targets
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Experience in insurance or sales preferred
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain with agency support)
